Jamin is in North Carolina for the weekend, but to fill in for him we had some guest apprentice bakers in town on Saturday: Summer and Karen. We had a crazy time and baked 20 loaves and set up some taste-test tables down in the USC. Summer documented the process so here are a few of the photos...
